Meet Espen On the Right Train Towards the Future

Espen Fjeld is Business Development Manager in VENI Energy Group. As a part of this role, he is also head of field sales in the Sourcing department.

Like many of his colleagues, he has returned after some years outside the company. Among his current engagements is building a completely new service line towards customers in the public sector. Here, Espen is right at what he finds most rewarding as a professional. 

"I really value the dynamic of developing new solutions, improve deliveries and implement them towards customers," he states.

Asked what he believes is the key strength of VENI Energy Group, he points to the culture.

"Most of my colleagues have been here for many years. This contributes to a highly competent and self-confident, but never complacent, organization.
